How can I modify or cancel my order? To ensure fast delivery, we process orders quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us at service@orofera.com within 2 hours of placement. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified.

Will I receive an order confirmation? Yes! You will receive an automated confirmation email immediately after placing your order. If you don't see it, please check your spam folder.

How long does shipping take? Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 7–15 business days depending on your location.

How can I track my package? Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to our tracking portal.

Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide! Shipping rates and times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Are your products Vegan and Cruelty-Free? Yes! We are proud to be 100% Vegan and Cruelty-Free. We never test on animals, and we do not use animal-derived ingredients.

What is the shelf life of the products? Most of our products have a shelf life of 3 years unopened. Once opened, we recommend using them within 6–12 months for best results.

Do you offer product warranties? We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
