  • High Demand Periods: During peak seasons, sales, or product launches, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

2. Estimated Shipping Times

We offer worldwide shipping to most countries. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States: 7–12 business days.

  • International: 10–20 business days (depending on the destination country and local customs processing).

Note: These are estimated timeframes. Factors such as weather, holidays, and customs delays are beyond our control, but we will do our best to ensure a smooth delivery.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • Free Shipping: We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $50 USD (or equivalent in your local currency).

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, orofera is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your skincare products arrive damaged or if your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at service@orofera.com.

  • Damaged Items: Please include photos of the damaged product and the original packaging so we can arrange a replacement or refund for you.

7. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly. We are not responsible for packages that are misdelivered or returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
