Refund & Return Policy

At orofera, we stand behind the quality of our skincare and beauty products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.


1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for skincare products that have been opened or tampered with.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at service@orofera.com.

  • Please include your Order Number and clear photos of the damage.

  • We will evaluate the issue and make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.

3. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Opened/Used Personal Care Products: Due to health and hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns for opened serums, balms, or mascaras.

  • Sale Items & Gift Cards: Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are final sale.

4. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For "change of mind" returns, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Note: Please contact our support team to get the authorized return address before sending any items back. Packages sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved.

  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
